Thank you for all your attention. Our company is an environmental laboratory in Mexico City. We have 25 employees and although we have a quality control coordinator that can develop a QA/QC manual your Quality Manual template saved us a lot of time and let us become accreditated in less time than we expected. Since we have implemented our quality assurance system, the manual has been reviewed by three different external auditors of the accrediting authorities without any nonconformity to the ISO 17025 requirements.

Thank you for SHOQ's support and great work on the ISO 17025 template.  For a small company like ours, to apply for ISO 17025 is no small feat.  The expertise and man-hours required just to write the Quality Manual could be prohibitive.

With your SHOQ template we received the jump-start that we needed. The purpose of the template was not to write our manual. What it did do was to save us the many hours needed putting our quality system on paper in a format that is acceptable to accrediting authorities.  

A smaller company without a fulltime QA Department will greatly benefit from your template and supporting documents.

Our company calibrates electronic equipment (meters, hipot testers, scopes, etc.), temperature equipment, pressure gages, calipers, micrometers, etc. I have picked up a couple new customers since accreditation but more importantly my old customers are now locked in tight with me. I think the best part about your template was the book that came with it. It was really easy to follow along through all the steps with it. For me, it cleared up my big question about what exactly was correct and not correct, because I tried to make a quality manual on my own. I guess trying to reinvent the wheel is a little dumb.
